One world..
We're living in an age where countries and cultures are colliding. Globalisation, they call it. I'll leave it to the intellectuals to thrash out the advantages, disadvantages, blah, blah, and give my own opinions. And a fine set of 'em I do have.. First of all, the world's a beeeautiful place, and each country has her own charm and attraction. I love visiting various spots on God's green earth (I've been lucky enough to have seen a few), but one thing I've always noticed is that, about a week into the trips, I start getting homesick. I miss the beautiful weather, the hustle and bustle, the earthiness that my homeland possesses. It's as though the scent, the colours and the soul of that city are intermingled with my lifeblood. It's not a glamourous place. It's not even too tourist-y. Nevertheless, there's something that captures your heart and holds fast.
